The .NET Runtime is a runtime environment that not only manages the execution of code, but also provides services that make programming easier. Compilers produce managed code to target this managed execution environment. The premier language for the NGSW Runtime is C#.

We are using VB (Visual Basic), C# (C sharp) for programming, ACCESS DB's with ADO.NET and SQL7 DB's for data access.

ASP.NET allows to use own Server Controls and DLL's. We use these features here.
