Returns a value that indicates whether items in a DataGridItemCollection can be modified.

Property Value
This property returns only a boolean value: true if the collection is read-only; otherwise, false. Default value is false.
Remarks
This property always returns false to indicate that the DataGridItemCollection can be written to in all cases.
