Retrieves the collection of filters that have been applied to the object.
Syntax

Possible Values
| collFilters | Reference to an array of elements contained by the object. |
| oObject | Reference to an individual item in the array of elements contained by the object. |
| iIndex | Integer indicating the item to be returned. |

The filter attribute is part of Microsoft's proposal to the W3C CSS implementation.
Not available on the Macintosh platform.
